Meng Chhorn is an HR Professional with 14 years of experience in HR Management, HR Consulting and professional training. Before managing the CENTER, Meng Chhorn was an HR Manager at ANZ Royal Bank. He used to work as a Compensation & Benefits Manager at Smart Axiata where he involved heavily with the HR leadership team during the merger transition between Hello Axiata and Smart Mobile. Also, Meng Chhorn used to work at HR Inc (Cambodia) Co., Ltd as an HR Consultant where he involved in compensation survey, job analysis, job description and internal work rule and regulation design, staff satisfaction survey, organization restructure and other HR related project works. Meng Chhorn holds a Master Degree in Management and a dual Bachelor Degree in English and Management.
Yim Pouthea, Training Consultant
Pouthea is a Training Consultant and has provided Labor Law Courses training to various companies and institutions. Pouthea also provides lecture at Royal University of Law and Economics. Furthermore, he is a Researcher for a Phnom Penh based - KDI School of Public Management in Seoul, South Korea. Pouthea was a Senior Analyst at HR Inc (Cambodia) Co., Ltd where he involved in advising clients on Labor Law, employment contract design, internal work rules and regulations setup and other HR related works. Pouthea holds a Master of Public Policy from KDI School of Public Policy and Management in Seoul, South Korea. He holds another Master of Public Administration and dual Bachelor Degree in Economics Development and Marketing.
