Job Description

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures to staff
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Screening potential job candidates on experience, skills, and education
  • Preparing monthly staff payroll
  • Performing administrative tasks
  • Overseeing employee health and safety procedures
  • Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
  • Updating job requirements when needed
  • Contacting applicant’s references
  • Performing criminal background checks required by company
  • Covering all legal compliance for human resource requirements of Cambodia Labor Ministry
  • Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns
  • Reviewing procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
  • Representing employer in community and recruiting events
  •   Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
  •   Creating, updating, and maintaining personnel records, financial records, and other records and databases
  •   Monitoring and controlling of all circulars, regulations and announcements received from authority and government
  •   Updating office policies and procedures
  • Others task required by manager.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor degree in human resource, or other related field
  • At least 1 year in administration and HR work
  • Problem Solving Skill
  • Good Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills
  • Good in English
